REVENGE KNOWS NO NATIONAL BOUNDARIES
Scared for life after witnessing hundreds of innocents and his colleagues mutilated by a bio-weapon released by a local fanatical cult, Agent Lim is thrown into great depression and sorrow. However within his sorrows, the hunger for utter redemption slowly grows and Agent Lim intends to serve it cold to the ones responsible for the lost of his loved ones. When he learned that a Russian player by the name of Galina Makarov, is responsible for supplying the cult with the modern-day "Pandora Box", Agent Lim expands his scope of vengeance beyond the national borders. After receiving intelligence regarding Galina's intention to sell the same dreadful bio-weapon to a right-wing Japanese terrorist cell in Japan, the vengeful Interpol agent is given the opportunity for redemption when he is assigned to lead the case to apprehend the Russian bio-weapons dealer. In addition to that, Agent Lim prioritizes his intentions to fulfill his blood lust for redemption over Japan's national security. Relying on his animosity, vengeance and obsession at the same time leaving his ethics behind, the agent with a huge vendetta begins his hunt for his Russian prey in the urban jungles of Tokyo and he intends to paint it red if he has to.
Krasnaya Shapochka or also known as Little Red Hat in Russian, is a modern day tale of bio-terrorism inspired by the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood. It explores how one man's vengeance forces him to lose his ethics in his line of duty, forcing him to resort to cunning and questionable methods of achieving his goals similar to the wolf in the famous fairy tale.
